WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
Free shipping in the continental US.
For expedited shipping, you will be able to see the shipping options and costs when reviewing your shopping cart.
Shipping Outside of the Continental US, Expedited Shipping, and Special Requests
APO shipping is charged full cost and sent via USPS.
Requests for shipping outside of the continental United States, other types of shipping, and expedited shipping will be charged at full cost.
I am not responsible for duties and taxes required for international shipping.
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee — buying from us is risk-free. If you’re not completely happy with your piece, you may return it within 7 days of delivery, as long as it arrives back to us undamaged. For returns due to a change of mind or simple dissatisfaction, the buyer covers return shipping costs. Since your piece is printed and shipped directly from our fulfillment partner, returns are sent back to their facility rather than to us — we’ll provide the correct return address and instructions once you reach out to start a return.
If your print arrives damaged or defective, please don’t attempt to return it yourself. Instead, contact us within 7 days of delivery at nicole@nicolemartinvisionary.art with photos of the damage (including the packaging), and we’ll arrange a free replacement at no cost to you.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Because each piece is custom-printed just for you, production begins very quickly after your order is placed — typically within a few hours. If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately at nicole@nicolemartinvisionary.art with your order number, and we’ll do everything we can to catch it before it enters production. Once production has started, we’re unable to cancel or modify the order.
ARE THE PRINTS READY TO FRAME?
Yes, there are several options:
1) You can order just the print and mount and frame it yourself.
2) You can order most print with a mat and frame it yourself.
3) You can order most prints with or without a mat and a frame.
4) You can order the print with a Gatorfoam backing to make framing easier. With the proportional white border, the prints look nice with or without additional matting.
5) You can order the print with Gatorfoam with mounting blocks so no frame is needed. Your print will arrive ready to hang. There are two Gatorfoam blocks mounted to the back to hang the print and make it float ½” off the wall. Simple, modern, easy.
CAN I REQUEST A CUSTOM SIZE OR FRAME?
